30-Day Aesthetic Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to ensure your new curtains provide the perfect light filtration and aesthetic harmony for your room.

Condition for Return: To be eligible for a full refund, curtains must be in original, unwashed, and unmounted condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been hemmed, altered, or show signs of mounting marks (rod pocket stretching or hook punctures).

Damaged on Arrival: Our textiles are hand-inspected in Auchel. However, if a panel arrives with a snag, uneven dye, or a faulty grommet, please email info@blueqwp.com with photos within 48 hours. We will dispatch a replacement immediately.

Restocking Fee: For "change of mind" returns, a 15% restocking fee applies to cover the specialized steam-pressing and technical inspection required for large-format home textiles. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
